East Gear can provide shaping of external and internal gears, splines and other forms. We offer 1/8” to 15.75” capacity on full CNC 6 axis shaping equipment. Capacities range from 3 diametral pitch to 120 diametral pitch and A.G.M.A. Class 11. We also offer up to a 36” capacity on manual cutting equipment. With CNC and manual shaping machines, Precision Gear can offer competitive pricing and delivery from one piece to thousands. This service is offered on a contract or make-complete basis as customers request.
